Hello! To me of 45 years. 2 years ago I have transferred or carried gynecologic operation - excision of a cystoma and appendages at the left. Before operation weighed 65 kg. After operation I type or collect weight. The same diet. Whether the consequence of operation influences an increase of weight? And how it or this to avoid?

Yes, can influence. But you still have also a factor of age. For deduction of weight - only a diet and some restrictions.
