Explain please than the endometritis differs from an endometriosis? What disease is characterized with such signs as brown allocation 1 2 days prior to monthly and after them? That pains at monthly are not present.

The endometritis is an inflammation, the endometriosis is a growth. For both diseases it is characteristic.
