Hello, the doctor! Respond, please: if at the father and at mother the group of a blood II (R-), whether can have a fetus a rhesus the factor positive? And how much or as far as I know - if both parent Rh (-) the child cannot be Rh (+).

I not the doctor. But from a serious course of genetics I know, that it or this cannot be. The negative rhesus is defined or determined by a recessive gene. If at both parents the gene in retsessive, at the child of other alleles simply is not present.
